Please note that if you do not get a response to your call in 24 hours or less, we ask that you contact the manager at the office in which you are usually seen.
Our office is pleased to offer our patient portal. Patients have access to their appointments and test results as well as having the option to email our staff. (Previous email addresses for assistants are no longer valid and email correspondence should be done through our patient portal.) Please visit our patient portal or speak with a staff member who will be happy to give you information regarding this option or can assist you with the registration process.
Please bring your radiology films to your follow-up appointment only. Please do not drop your films off prior to your appointment.
